With 58 acres of land, Northside Park has plenty to keep you busy. Enjoy lunch at one of the picnic areas or gazebo after spending some time on the playgrounds and checking out the fishing lagoon, piers, and popular footbridge!
Build a Sandcastle
Who doesn’t love playing in the sand? And what a great way to keep the kids busy while you enjoy a nice book on the beach. Whether they’ve got a beach bucket and pail, or just a leftover cup and their hands, your little ones have all the tools they need to create sand masterpieces (or just sand mounds) to be proud of!
Ocean City Life Saving Museum
The Life Saving Museum is a great spot to check out when you need a quick beach break. Listen in to the Little Learners Puppet Show on the second and fourth Monday of each month to teach your little ones about the native wildlife and history of Ocean City. You can also experience the Daily Aquarium Program and watch the aquarium animals eat their morning meal!
Worcester County Library
The Worcester Country library is offering “Programs-To-Go” for children! The kits include supplies for fun activities that focus on STEM, crafts, writing, and more. Check out the Ocean City branch located on 100th Street to pick up weekly kits for your kids to complete!
Wave at the Webcam
A fun and free activity to involve your little one in! Call your friends and family back at home and tell them when to check out the Boardwalk cam online. Then, find the spot under the Ripley’s Believe It or Not awning and show them some love! Wave, write them a note, dance around - a sure way to make someone’s day who isn’t there with you.
