Zoom Car Wash

Absolutely terrible the water is recycled and smells like sewage I didn’t realize until I was halfway done my car that the water was so dirty. It left streaks and god knows what else. All I wanted to do was wash the pollen off for the day and it left it looking dirtier now that the pollen has stuck to all the streaks from this overpriced terrible car wash. Mind you this is including their ‘spot free rinse’ what a joke

THIS CAR WASH WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR!!
This car wash will clean your car fairly well. It does leave some soap scum stains. These can be buffed out manually. BUT, this car wash WILL scratch your car. My brand new Toyota already has those swirly micro scratches in the gloss black detailing after one use of this car wash. You can even see them in the silver paint if you look closely. So use at your own risk. I personally will not be coming back. I don’t want my brand new car to be scratched.

For some added context, I picked up the car this Thursday. So I’ve had possession of the car for only 3 days. It’s a 2023 model with 5 miles on the odometer. And it came directly from the manufacturer. So no, these micro scratches weren’t already there.

Today was my first and certainly NOT my last visit here. I pulled in relatively confused and was greeted by a gentleman who explained all of my options. I asked for his recommendation since he could see the outside of my vehicle better from his viewpoint and was very happy I went with it. After my car wash, I pulled into the self-service vacuum bays and finished the overall detailing of my vehicle. They supplied glass cleaner, microfiber towels, two scented sprays, and clips to place your mats on for vacuuming. I didn't feel rushed in any way, and I was finally able to get the deep clean I haven't been able to do in my own driveway. For $25, I think it was money well spent, and I will be returning!
