Zoom Car Wash

I’ve used this wash multiple times. My advice - get the lowest level membership because the add ons and upsells aren’t worth it. But it’s nice to have an unlimited wash to roll through especially beach days.

Unfortunately after multiple times communicating to staff, it’s always the same outcome. 80% of the car is washed. 50% of the wheels are shined. 30% of the nozzles throughout the bay don’t actually work or seem clogged. Passenger side rotating brushes barely reach the vehicle if at all.

Unfortunately the “longest tunnel on the east coast” doesn’t equal high quality express wash.

Stay far away from the self-service wash bays. They charge a steep dollar a minute and you can only purchase $4.00 increments. $12.00 later, I left with soap on my car. Wasn't able to use all the products. When switching washing solutions, the timer does not stop to prime the lines. Prices are not displayed in wash bays and there are no 30-minute purchase options available.

I received a $25 promotional ULTIMATE car wash from Zoom Car Wash so I was excited to go down there and try it out.... Having lived here in the Berlin/Ocean city area for some 30yrs there's only been 1 or 2 good car washes that have come and gone.... There's the one on old Ocean city Blvd next to the car dealership and there's zoom... Well if we compare:

3. Getting your money's worth....
4. And overall experience

$25 at Berlin Auto wash gets you::::
Washed and dried ( blown and hand dried ) plus it also gets your mats cleaned your carpets vacuumed your windows cleaned and your tires shined plus just to keep you coming back they give you a FREE of charge Air freshener...
Now I don't know about you but with the prices of idk EVERYTHING going through the roof we consumers are looking for the most bang for our buck and in Berlin Auto wash I believe I have found it!

The employees that I came in contact with at both places were very nice...
