As an experienced investor who’s done well over 100 property closings. Across dozens of different closing companies. This one takes the cake for worst title work you could ever ask for. Anyone who’s in real estate knows, a title company can make a transaction smooth, or absolute mayhem. They will order documents only days before they’re needed, then say “we’re still waiting on your bank”. Well of course you are, you didn’t give anyone the time necessary to provide underwriting. Most title companies request info they’ll need, this one you have to chase down, to try and give them the information, so things don’t get pushed back. My professional opinion, stay far away from this firm doing any title closing for you. The only respectful and professional person you’ll run into here is the receptionist. As far as Joe Moore and his coordinator Jennifer, they are just children doing a job poorly. Followed by a child’s temper tantrum, when someone asks “why was this done so poorly”. I’ve seen better temperament’s from a 7 year old. Which is somewhat shocking coming from people of their age.

This law firm contradicted themselves after confirming they would take on my case. I suggest you avoid this law firm if you can. Lost case.
