No stars. Was on vacation, came into this place because it was close to our Air BnB. I came in with a swollen ankle, purple toes and unable to walk. Took forever between nurses and NPs to come in and see what’s wrong. Only got an xray of my ankle, was told i just had an ankle sprain. Also was self pay and was told to go to a thrift store to go find a boot to put on my foot. The NP said she doesn’t know how to read x-rays and might of missed something but tells me to go out to by my own boot. IM IN A CAST now. We end our vacation early and i go to the ER by my house when we get home. I have a fracture in my joint where my ankle and tibia meet. And now am in a cast. unable to walk without crutches for 4-6 weeks. Podiatrist at the ER was dumbfounded they missed this crack.
Would love to talk to whoever is in charge. They had no problem charging me 250$ for NOTHING- wouldn’t recommend going here.
Pictured is the cast from the er, and the boot we got.

The medical care has been fantastic both times I have visited, however the office staff turned my vacation into a nightmare. They have a stupid policy of holding onto your license and insurance card once you check in until you are discharged. I wasn't given it back at checkout and had forgotten about it with the confusion of getting the RX paperwork and juggling kids who had been bored for over an hour. A few days later, I realized it was missing and called them. The lady didn't want to look because they "always give them back". I asked if she could look anyway and she said they did and they had none there. I was nervous driving with no license for the rest of my vacation and had my husband Fedex me my passport so I could board my flight home at the end of my trip. I continued calling various places I had been to see if my license had been turned in but was pretty sure that they had it since I was missing both my license and credit card. 10 days after my office visit, they called to say they had found my items and "did I want to pick them up or what?" I had already traveled back to my state so they mailed them. I suggested they scan or make copies of the info like all the other places do instead of holding onto them. At a minimum they need a sign on the exit door asking if you have your license back. Never will return after this fiasco which was totally avoidable.

The absolute worst reception staff ever at any primary care. They argued with me about being seen for 2 things at the same time. Like I wouldn’t pay for it. I don’t care about paying for 2 things I just want to feel better. Then I told her she was being rude and one (who I wasn’t even talking to) said no you’re the rude one. If you need to get help go somewhere else there’s another primary care right up the road (Your Docs in). If you go here be prepared to argue with the receptionist(s) unless you bow down to their power. I wish I could give them 0 stars lol. They’re so trash. I’ve seen the Doc there before. He’s actually a nice guy if you can get past the guard dogs.
