This place is so clean you can eat off the floor and you can eat off the top of the molding on the floor. It’s just unbelievable. The practitioners here are also effective and so compassionate such good listeners. I always get seen in a reasonable amount of time. They called me to check up on me. They call in my prescriptions to make it as seamless as possible. They recommend books to read that might help educate you on your health issues. They remember you and your story. My husband and I rely on them to keep us going. I’ve traveled a lot and I’ve not experienced this kind of commitment to service in any other urgent care medical facility.

No stars. Was on vacation, came into this place because it was close to our Air BnB. I came in with a swollen ankle, purple toes and unable to walk. Took forever between nurses and NPs to come in and see what’s wrong. Only got an xray of my ankle, was told i just had an ankle sprain. Also was self pay and was told to go to a thrift store to go find a boot to put on my foot. The NP said she doesn’t know how to read x-rays and might of missed something but tells me to go out to by my own boot. IM IN A CAST now. We end our vacation early and i go to the ER by my house when we get home. I have a fracture in my joint where my ankle and tibia meet. And now am in a cast. unable to walk without crutches for 4-6 weeks. Podiatrist at the ER was dumbfounded they missed this crack.
Would love to talk to whoever is in charge. They had no problem charging me 250$ for NOTHING- wouldn’t recommend going here.
Pictured is the cast from the er, and the boot we got.

WARNING: If you want your illness and/or injury to be taken seriously and you want to be treated with respect, avoid this place. Melissa Taylor is terribly rude and uncaring to patients. My mother was originally diagnosed with Covid and bronchitis nearly two weeks ago and is still sick. After being spoken to like an idiot, she told her to just get OTC allergy meds at the drug store. She totally dismissed her symptoms. This woman is unprofessional and demeaning and shouldn't be working in the medical field.
