Victoria at Verizon is Amazing. I just received the best service I ever had. Any questions I asked she knew the answer right away, the kid really knows her stuff! She even took the time to go over my bull with me and make sure I understood the changes. My transfer was great I got all my stuff and I am just in awe.

I was in the Verizon store in OC, MD today and Lindsey assisted me with a few issues. I expected it to be a long painful process and she was so great! She’s super friendly, really knowledgeable and made it such an easy experience!
Mike was also great!! He didn’t help me directly but they were just so positive and friendly and that’s really rare these days! You have some great people working there!

Lindsey was amazingly helpful and kind. Went above and beyond for all of her customers despite being the only worker today. She worked quickly to resolve our issues and we were very happy with the outcome. This hadn’t always been the case in my experiences with verizon but she certainly did them proud. Thank you Lindsey!
