Lindsey was amazingly helpful and kind. Went above and beyond for all of her customers despite being the only worker today. She worked quickly to resolve our issues and we were very happy with the outcome. This hadn’t always been the case in my experiences with verizon but she certainly did them proud. Thank you Lindsey!

I was in the Verizon store in OC, MD today and Lindsey assisted me with a few issues. I expected it to be a long painful process and she was so great! She’s super friendly, really knowledgeable and made it such an easy experience!
Mike was also great!! He didn’t help me directly but they were just so positive and friendly and that’s really rare these days! You have some great people working there!

I came into the Verizon store feeling stressed after having my phone stolen the day before, and needing to not only get a new device but also move off an old family plan. Lindsey was incredible — she made the entire process smooth, easy, and straightforward.
