I want to give it more Stars, but there were some issues that I just cant over look. #1 being safety.

First of, the staff was amazing! Super friendly and responsive. The young guys on staff were extremely respectful and it was nice to see. We got rained out the first day and they did a great job working with us and offering refund.

We came back the next day with the sun. The track cars themselves are fun. Very easy to pedal, especially since the path is relatively flat. Scenery was okay. Nothing too exciting, but we had fun overall looking around and enjoy the new experience.

The downside, there's a sharp piece of metal behind each left pedal... the four seater cars, the first 2 seats aren't well placed. So, when pedaling with your toes its easy to slip off and cut yourself. According to the worker present, there had been "a couple accidents" like that already... which after more than 1 accident I would think you'd want to address it somehow.. maybe file the sharp piece down or cover it somehow. Or maybe just adjust the front pedals.

Also, the first aide kit on the trip had no supplies. Couple bandaids and everything else was used up. Its a good thing im a nurse and always carry supplies in my car. God forbid something actually happened though, the first aide should be appropriately filled.

So, all in all, fun trip. If you go, just be careful and keep in mind the possible injury risk. Bring plenty of water! And enjoy!

I highly recommend this activity to anyone who wants a magical experience with their kids and/or loved ones. We were greeted by Emanuel with a smile and welcomed abroad the train car and that just lit up my 20 year old nonverbal son with autism’s face from ear to ear. There was no waiting around. We had a brief introduction from Zach who was friendly and kind and informative about the stops along the route. Mike got us all settled into our seats, offered us some candy, and off we went! We traveled down a 6 mile stretch of railway in our seats using the bike pedals. You could go as slow or as fast as each of us could manage. There was a bathroom break and 2 breaks so it was broken up to give us a rest along the way. The fall colors were beautiful and the scenery was breathtaking! I can’t say enough about how nice and friendly and kind Mike, Emanuel, and Zach were from start to finish! If you want a wonderful, outdoor activity, you have got to try this one❤️

All the bikes are not built equal. Some of the bikes had adjustable seats and you could have a motor attached for easy pedaling. We booked the four person yak which did not have adjustable seats or a motor. We figured the four of us could handle the pedaling. Two of the individuals in our party were under five feet and were able to use the back seat. The plan was for me and my sister to pedal in the front .The seats in the front worked for taller individuals and the seats in the back were for shorter individuals . I am 5"4" and could not reach the pedals when riding in the front seat.I told the guide and his solution was to give me a pillow to put behind me this left me with less room to sit and my feet could still barely reach the pedals as a result my feet slipped off twice and I almost got dragged under the contraption. We stopped and I got in the back. I could pedal in the back but it was difficult because my legs were scrunched. During this tour a boy riding behind us also fell off the bike and got cut. When the ride ended another woman told us her feet had slipped off the pedals too and she had several cuts on her leg. The two people running the tour were nice but were very nonchalant about the fact that people were falling off and getting hurt. I wore long pants and did not realize until I returned home that I had a cut on the back of my leg and had a large bump and bruise.
Also the scenery is meh fields and trees nothing special.
But it would have been okay if the bikes were not sub par. Ideally a group of three or four would be able to pedal with ease.Reading the reviews they know there are issues and they don't care.
