Everything was amazing! Service at the front desk was really nice and really good explaining everything. The pool was perfectly clean, the rooms were super clean, the AC worked great and it was nice to have a microwave and a fridge. The beds were comfy. My one “but” would be that some of the towels in my room were a bit dirty, but we had also brought our own so it ended up not being that much of an issue. I’d honestly stay here again! Especially because it’s so close to so many good restaurants and the beach!

This motel was disgusting. Clearly the sign on the office desk giving it an 8.2 is false. We were misled by the website & all the hand picked good reviews on their page. The room smelled like mildew & wet dog. I sanitized everything myself. The dollar store blinds opened to another building not the water. By the grace of God I had a pillow case & my own blanket or l would have slept in our SUV (however the area is very shady). The sheets were worn w stains. This ruined our experience of OC. It should be demolished.

Better than expected. First experience wasn’t too good but once we interacted with the staff, it was exceptional. Staff are super nice, rooms okay, wifi was struggling a bit, location is convenient near the beach and few small blocks from the boardwalk. Rooms and common area clean and pool is decent size and clean. Overall a good hotel for the price.
