Had excellent service. Received a watch band for Christmas that needed to be sized. She did it perfect the first time. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

SAD,!! DISAPPOINTED !! Was a special place to my mom who passed on, my husband and I took a couple pieces of jewelry to be repaired, just had an awful experience, not so much with quality of work but so much with the customer service, Having worked in the customer industry for many years I must say this was an awFUL experience ,sadly this place is a service failure,The website really draws you in but I did not have that experience, of all the great Jewery places around I choose TREASURE CHEST only for nostalgic reasons ,,,,sadly I choose wrong, NEEN

Such a wonderful family owned business! It’s been in owners family for over 49 years. They’ve got the best selection of jewelry ranging from high end to fun young “hip” pieces. The people who work there are incredibly kind, helpful people.
