Our 1st time visiting this local gem. Heather our server was very knowledgeable & patient with us since we wanted so much from their inviting menu.Scallops were fantastic & our new fav thing now is HEAD ON shrimp! Thanks so much for the great learning experience! We can't wait to visit again

A hole in the wall with lots of character. Service was good, two complementary head on shrimp for us to sample, but disappointed with how deep fried the grouper bites were. The Maryland crab soup should have been listed as a vegetable soup. The scallops, however, redeemed our meal they were fantastic!

If you’re anywhere near Ocean City, do yourself a favor and check out The Shrimp Boat — it’s hands down one of the best “hole-in-the-wall” spots around.
First off, this is the place in the OC area to get head-on shrimp, and they absolutely deliver. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right — it’s a must-try if you’re a seafood fan.
And don’t skip the drinks — the Creamsicle cocktail is next-level good. It’s one of those drinks you’ll still be thinking about all year long!
Here’s the insider tip that makes this place unbeatable: Happy Hour from Thursday–Sunday, 3–5 PM. Anything with “shrimp” in the name is HALF PRICE… and so is the alcohol. You really can’t beat that.
The vibe is casual, unpretentious, and exactly what you want from a beach-town favorite. No frills, just great food, great drinks, and great value.
