We had stayed here before and we love that it had a kitchenette in it so you could bring your own food and cook. This year they upgraded the furniture which we loved. I wish they would’ve kept the tables though and I hope eventually they bring back the freezer refrigerator combos because we like to bring some meals and cook, we had a lot of problem with the shower not being right, but they told us they were trying to upgrade the plumbing. Also, the floors could’ve been a little bit cleaner. They were very dirty. The location to the beach was only a block and a half, which was great. Overall, we really like the price the managers and the service help were very nice and they made us feel very welcome. we would definitely stay again. Thank you Tina and staff.

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. By all accounts, a nightmare. Our room was dirty, and smelled strongly of smoke. The pillows had stains on them. The bed felt like laying on springs. It rained during our stay and water came in through the window and flooded the windowsill and started dripping on the bed. The bathroom fan fell out of the ceiling and we had to put it back in. The wifi did not work. A cockroach ran across the room while we were eating dinner. Nobody in our family felt safe or comfortable staying here, we immediately made the decision that it was not a safe and sanitary environment to stay at and checked out after one night. The only positive thing I can say is the staff was nice, and did try to address some of our concerns. However, this pleasantness quickly faded as soon as we inquired about a refund for the second night of our reservation (which we did not stay for - we checked out before 11am after our first night). The employee on duty the night we did stay had promised us a refund for the second night in the morning if we left before normal check out time. Management has since seemingly been trying to find any way out of not completely ruining a family’s once per summer trip to Ocean City. 0/10, do not recommend.

The service and location was good. We were in room 23 to start which we had to have the tv's taken care of and had to wait for that they got 1 fixed but not the other 2. Then when we came back from the boardwalk we had to have them come back up to try to see if they could get them connected. They couldn't so they moved us to room 14 and 14A. Then those tvs didn't work so we had to wait for them again to try to get those fixed so they finally got those done and we watched them but when we turned them off for the night the one in room 14 wouldn't work sunday morning when my son went to turn it on. Also the windows were screwed shut in room 23 and 14 and 14A that we couldn't open windows in any of the rooms to get air through. 14 had a fan that wobbled and made noise which didn't help much for air and sleeping. 14A had no fan so with the door being shutting between both rooms 14A had no air going through at all so my son and his girlfriend said it was really hot in that room. The railings outside are actually unsafe to lean on.
