The Surf Villa Hotel has been a landmark in Ocean City since the 1920s. The hotel is conveniently located near the boardwalk and within walking distance to the amusement parks, shops, restaurants, marinas, and most of Ocean City's great attractions. One of our best features however, is that we are only 300 feet from one of the most magnificent beaches on the East Coast.
We invite you to enjoy the lovely ocean view from the rocking chairs on our front porch. Each morning we also invite you to join us in our family style lobby for coffee, tea, and conversation. We encourage a family atmosphere and welcome families, groups, and other organizations.
Each of our 25 rooms and our available apartment is unique in design, has a color TV with forty channels, and air conditioning. Our staff is available 24 hours to assist you and give you personalized attention.
You will surely enjoy staying at the Surf Villa. It is a clean and comfortable hotel which all visitors say has a personal touch.

We booked 7 months in advance for a first ever 80s and rock festival in ocean city, good price, they cancelled us a cpl months before ( couldn't give a reason) and when I went to rebook they doubled their price! So now I know, I booked day after festival was released and they found out and wanted to up prices. That was so wrong! So by that time so much was booked we had to pay 400 more for a motel a lil father..I would not book here, there is no way to make sure you aren't cancelled.. confirmation doesn't matter

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place is disgusting. There was rodent feces on the bed and signs of bed bugs. The whole building has a terrible musty smell. All of the linens and towels are stained and dingy. The staff did nothing about the conditions and were rude about the situation. Don’t waste your money on this place.

All of these reviews don’t reflect our experience, I would not recommend the queen room it’s very small so we upgraded to the king room which was great it was clean the front desk was very nice and there was no parking charge
