Hello, I hope this review can be helpful for anyone planning to visit this location.

My aunt ordered a drink, but it was made incorrectly the first time. A manager came over to check what was going on, and we explained that the drink had been made wrong. They remade it, but this time the portion size was not correct and the drink came out much smaller than expected.

We asked why the drink was so small, and the manager responded with an unfriendly tone and expression, saying something like, “Do you want me to add more milk?” This made the situation uncomfortable, so we simply said it was okay and moved on.

While the staff was preparing the drink again, the manager continued to closely watch the employees, which created a very tense atmosphere. It also felt like the reason for this behavior was not just supervision, but that the manager seemed displeased with my aunt. The manager appeared to signal to the staff not to add too much milk and to rush the preparation of the drink, as if they just wanted to quickly get it done.

There were also customers nearby who seemed to be talking about us while looking at my aunt, and we could clearly hear their comments, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

My aunt visits this brand regularly, although this was her first time at this particular location. Since she usually orders the same drink, she is familiar with how it should normally be made, which made the experience more disappointing.

This review is not intended to personally attack or criticize the location, but I hope that if this is read by the staff or management, some improvements can be made. When a mistake happens with an order, it would be appreciated if the remake process could be handled in a more respectful and friendly manner.

Excellent service and coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They welcomed us upon entering the store. Coffee was fresh and made perfectly. We will definitely be back. Location was convenient and easy to get to and is located right near the boardwalk on 16th street next to the Quality Inn. There is parking available as well. Location was clean and plenty of comfortable seating.

Cortado was not right ,
They have no cups for indoor use ,

Place is empty , service is so cold and impersonal ☢️

They close @ 2 bcz they don’t have enough people .
