Smokin’ Sam’s BBQ

Saw tons of posts about this place on FB. While in town, we decided to try it out. I wanted to love it, but I just can’t. The location is dreary. It’s located in a rundown shopping center. The inside is very small and is carry out only. There were some tables outside to eat on. The food was just average. Nothing special.

Edit: the owner replied to my review and it was pathetic. Will not support a business that talks about their customers - see reply below. Take your money elsewhere.

We tried Sam's BBQ today per recommendations and it did not disappoint. We got the brisket melt, Mac and cheese, and the boom boom shrimp. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. The prices are very reasonable. We will be back! I couldn't get a picture of the brisket melt because we ate it too quickly. We will be back.

Fantastic BBQ at reasonable prices. Everything was excellent. We especially loved the ribs, baked beans, crab cake and cornbread. Will definitely be going back!
