Location great! Rooms clean. Close to boardwalk. Front office staff great! A lot of garbage that should be carried out or emptied. Complimentary coffee and fruit ? One of the reasons I booked here for the morning coffee as to not go out to eat for breakfast .no newspaper -no coffee no fruit Not while I was there. Office is closed on Sundays so good luck getting help. Bit the rooms were clean and AC worked

Check-in was very quick and easy. While there is limited parking behind the building, there is also free street parking available. The room was very clean beside the carpet. Make sure to wear flip flops. The room also had a strong mold smell, particularly on the bathroom door (see photo). We informed the office, and they sent the cleaning crew to address the issue. When we returned later that day, the mold smell was completely gone.
The room includes a bathroom, a mini refrigerator fridge, a microwave, a TV, air conditioner and a table with two seats. (No Iron or Ironing Board)

To be honest, I felt catfished! The pictures online showed a beautiful motel. The reality was very different. The motel needs updating.
Cons:
Shared balcony slopes down with visible cracks.
No elevator, and stairs need repair.
Curtains were ill fitted allowing little privacy.
No extra blankets provided.
Pros:
Clean room
5 stair ocean view.
AC worked
Close to boardwalk, within walking distance to other activities.
