Only two feet from the beach, the Seabonay Motel is located Oceanfront and only one block from the end of the boardwalk. You can relax on our guarded beaches where umbrella and chair service is available, or take a dip in our outdoor swimming pool. Restaurants, shops and amusement are all within walking distance and the boardwalk train is located nearby for your convenience.

Great location right at the end of the Boardwalk and the rooms were very clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay as well.
We really loved the location as it's right on the end of the Boardwalk so you have easy access to the beach and the Boardwalk. And because it's at the end of the Boardwalk it's a lot quieter than being right on the Boardwalk.
It is an older motel, but the rooms were very clean and the view of the ocean from our room was amazing. There's a ton of stuff nearby as well.
We highly recommend this motel and will absolutely be back!

Its an ocean city small hotel, wasent expecting much, most of them are not the tidiest or most extravagant. Was not planning on much time in the room because i was visiting my parents who were on a campground not far so just needed a place to lay my head at night with air conditioning. However, there was a serious moisture issue, horrible mold & moisture under the carpets, intense must smell, i think we had the worst room in the hotel. We saw another room that another guest nicely showed us just out of curiosity and it was just normal & fine; however 116 was completely NOT safe to stay in especially with severe asthma. Another guest had checked into that room before we arrived and they were moved to another room (which was likely our room), they did not have another room for us. The hotel front desk ladies were super nice at check in and check out. They confirmed that they get the same constant complaint about that room and stated we had to submit a request for a refund. We were checked in for no more than 60 minutes and the hotel is dodging all requests of a refund now almost 2 weeks later. They stated there is no mold issue, but you can see from more reviews that they are full of it, or they dont have noses, eyes or feet to feel the literal floor swaying back and forth from all the water damage. Ended up spending twice the amount elsewhere just for peace of mind. I hope they wake up before someone gets seriously sick. If you stay in some of the other rooms you should be fine, but stay away from the room next to the showers.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Disgusting, rooms smelled, dirty, broken, looked like part of free homeless housing that counties offer. I walked in to my room (NOTHING like the pictures - NOTHING).... and promptly walked back out, secured a new/different place and canceled this motel. I wasn't expecting a perfect gem, but I couldn't stay here even one night.
