Had an amazing time , staff were great in answering all our questions. If you need a place to stay then come stay here , they have different units available for anyone's liking and great views for the beach and a nice swimming pool for kids.

Only thing I would say , if it's check in day for you as in your first day of the stay. We should have access to the parking pass so we can park even if the room is being cleaned and checked. Ocean City is tow zones everywhere, that's my only complaint about my stay. Besides that, choose this place If you want a good time 😃.

We've been coming to Seagate for over 30 years and will not be coming back anymore. The new management is the worst thing that happened to this once warm, friendly, family atmosphere. Some of my best childhood memories happened here and my kids too. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Noone wants to take responsibility for anything. The management company says it's the building's fault and the building says it's management company. We had no running water in the building for hours with no notice which is against the law to not have running water. We paid $3000 to stay here and we're offered no compensation for the absolute inconvenience. Beware before you book here.

This is not reflective of the SeaGate condos themselves but of the new management. Very disheartening and the atmosphere and how they conduct business has completely changed. My family has been coming there for over 30 years and due to their lack of compassion we will be taking our business elsewhere. If you need to cancel you will be out a portion of your money even for situations completely out of your control. No one wants to cancel a vacation and certainly would expect a more human response given the situation. I hope people have a better experience than we did and can enjoy the ocean. We will miss it this summer and plan to come back next year but we will absolutely not return to a Seaside Vacation property.
