I obsessively read as many reviews as possible and was to the point of thinking to myself, “what have we gotten ourselves in to”. But, for the price, it honestly wasn’t bad. We had a king size pet friendly room. 1st floor. The floor was all tile, which is obviously very helpful when it comes to pets. But it was also still kind of covered with some sand upon arrival. No big deal. After reading other reviews, I brought my own bedding and pillows to use. I wear shower shoes on vacations but I could tell the tub/shower was not cleaned well because there was still pink colored shampoo/body wash on the wall. TV worked as normal and the AC got nice and cold. Definitely dislike the parking situation; pay to park in their tiny lot or use street parking (which we preferred as it was the spaces directly in front of the rooms). Maybe we got lucky with one of the better rooms? But it was a pleasant stay and we plan on going back for another weekend trip in a couple of weeks and staying there again.

After seeing the other reviews, we were thinking, 'What did we get ourselves into?' But we were coming for the Boardwalk Rock and it was hard to find an affordable room close to the beach. The bed was nicely made, and the sheets were clean. The fridge and microwave were very clean too, as was the bathroom. The walk to the beach was two minutes. Other reviews claimed to hear sound from other rooms. The place was booked full, but we honestly didn't hear anything from other rooms, and that is amazing because I'm a light sleeper. Not a bad place to stay if you are in a pinch. Everything went well.

I stayed there last week and woke up the second day with my asthma out of control . The room looked old and that was fine. We were a couple guys on a fishing trip . However this is a public place and they have a duty to make sure there property is safe . The health dept in snow hill was called and I am waiting to hear back. Had to go to drs my first day back . The black mold / green mold . Toxic mold. Do not go
