It was interesting... you get what you pay for here and that is proximity to the boardwalk and beach. Overall the AC worked well (after I cleaned the filter), the beds were comfy and the shower had HOT water. Now for the interesting: The light bulb burnt out on the bedside lamp and they literally handed us a light bulb. Initially, we were given 1 set of towels (we booked a double queen for 2 adults), the "towels" were definitely not adult human size towels. You have to take your own trash to the dumpster and go to the desk to get extra bags. We were given 1 key and extras are $25 each (refundable upon return). The floor of the bathroom was tiled with wall tiles so it was a slip and slide getting out of the shower. The outside steps were slick from the rain and definitely had to use caution while descending.

Absolutely hated this place. Good thing... right to the boardwalk. Had 2 rooms with kids. I knew it was a problem when my 7 year old said... look at the bathroom. Stayed there 3 nights. Never received washcloths. Received 2 towels the next day. Kids received absolutely nothing. Itched the whole time. Left early the last day at 6am. Wanted to go home and take a shower. Used pool shoes to take showers. The AC worked great! Only plus to the room. One room smelled sour! Wifi absolutely horrible. Once connected... had no actual connection to do anything!! Rooms let go! They could have used some bleach. Don't leave your room key... 25 dollar charge for them to come up the ragged steps to let you in!

Clean bedding, ac worked, clean floors. Friendly staff. The pool is no bigger than a California king sized bed. At first my friend thought it was the hot tub lol. It was good enough for a cool dip. No chairs to lay out in. No seating at all around the pool. My only issue was the flies!! Bring a swatter and be ready to plug up a 1/4 inch gap around the ac unit.
