I edited my original review because I've been going there for years and they've never been out of Cotton Candy Ice Cream. I walked 9 Streets to get it. Then when I asked when they'd be getting more. She had no clue. How do you not know the day of the week your order comes in?
Original Review in 2018 & 2019....LOVE the Cotton Candy Ice Cream & Fried Oreos. A bit Pricey though but it's on the Boardwalk. Everything is.

I ordered confetti cookie dough and it tasted as if it had freezer burn/ absorbed flavor of plastic container. I requested a refund or a new flavor and the young woman refused and said: “well it’s a new delivery we received.”
Total inability to cater to the customer. Awful service. I have a lot of friends and family and I will tell them to never go to this establishment. They took the ice cream back and I had didn’t have anything to show for the ice cream I purchased.

The soft serve is extremely gritty due to low quality or improper cleaning. I expected much better quality for the prices paid. I promptly threw out my overpriced soft serve. Avoid the grands restaurants and store fronts if possible. It seems as though they're focused on bottom line margins only with fresh tourist turnover often vs. Customer retention year after year. Quality and customer service is subpar.
