My stay was great I had room 251 in the west building it was clean the bed was comfortable I stay in this room until Friday and I had asked if I could add an extra night and they accommodated me I had to move to another room it was 206 in the main building and it was just as nice. I also loved the Sahara Cafe food was great. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will stay again I'm the future the staff were very nice courteous that's why I give this place 5 stars.

We booked this room for Boardwalk Rock festival, it was $455 for ONE night. When we got there, we checked in dropped our stuff off and headed to the festival. When we returned it was about 12:30 AM and all we wanted was a shower and to go to sleep. When I went in the bathroom, I realized there was toothpaste splattered all over the sink. Then I realized the toilet didn’t flush. When I pulled back the shower curtain, I found a crusty used wash cloth hanging on the shower head from the previous guest. I tried to call the front desk, sent to voicemail 4 times. So, we went down and they handed me a bottle of bleach and rags to clean the bathroom myself. They came up to look at the toilet, yet allowed their guest to clean the bathroom after I paid over $400 for the crappiest motel I have ever seen. Not to mention the moldy and mildew smell that’s so overpowering as soon as you open the door. When asked about a partial refund, I was told it wasn’t possible due to booking through Expedia. I feel like I need a bleach bath after sleeping in that room. Disgusting.

We stayed at the Sahara on May 15th for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was an oceanfront view and was great. The room had everything needed and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here
