We specialize in SENIOR WEEK rentals to High School Graduates and weekly rentals to College Students and family groups. We offer spacious cottage style apartments with large porches, beautiful yard and romantic sunsets at our 78th Street location. Longer term or "balance of season rentals" are available at 78th Street beginning in July. Weekly and seasonal rentals are available at our 142nd Street location for the full season.
