Off of 28th Street and Robin Drive, Robin Park is a small neighborhood-type park geared toward the younger set. Picnic areas and landscaped open space, along with a small playground, makes Robin Park a perfect place for both residents and visitors to play.

Partial shade, benches, street parking.
Great little neighborhood playground. I'd say best for 3+ unless your toddler is advanced at climbing ladders and rock walls. Technically rated for 5+. No baby swings.
