The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is good. The only thing I had a problem with is the privacy of the rooms with the way the curtains are hung. Either the lining curtain needs to be thicker or you should be able to move the heavy curtain across the whole curtain rod to prevent people from outside looking into your room

Fun place to stay when it's cold because of the pool access. Customer service was amazing. Jennifer was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to help us more comfortable. The bar/ Cafe right next to the pool made it easy to grab some food and drinks without having to leave. We'll definitely be back!

Came here for vacation in late March, walked-in and paid for an ocean-view king-bed room with kitchen at the same price as the cheapest room in a chain hotel off an Interstate exit. The hotel staff was friendly and relaxing, the lobby was interesting, and plenty of seafood restaurants within walking distance from the hotel (though some were not open during off-season). The hotel may not have too many fancy things but it had everything I wanted for a vacation. I really enjoyed my time there, would come back.
