10 of us. Reserved block of 5 rooms bottom floor poolside outside. We all had kitchenettes. Fridge wasn't very cold, just enough. Light bulb was out in fridge. Clean room. Very soft mattress and wonderful pillows, loved the pillows. Cable TV worked fine. Lots of drawers for clothes etc. Dishwasher, utensils and tableware, pots pans etc. Very good water pressure in shower. Not much space for toiletries in bathroom, 1 skinny shelf above sink and toilet. Indoor pool was fantastic as was the hot tub. Was not crowded since we arrived on Wednesday. Friday and Saturday you can't even swim or use the hot tub at all. Too many kids. Go on a weekday.

I was looking for a hotel with access to both the boardwalk and the beach and this hotel had both. I decided to book an extended stay for a weekend as a nice Fall Getaway. This hotel was really a great find. Being in October, the rates were great and parking was on-site. A very safe location too. Had a very easy time extending my reservation an extra day, thanks to both Michael and Lee at Guest Services. Room had a partial view, and could sleep up to 6 people. Highly recommend this hotel, a member of the Harrison Hotel Group in Ocean City, and a Choice Hotel Brand. Not a “high-end” 5-star hotel by hotel-rating standards but one that definitely gets the job done for a trip away. Thanks Quality Inn Boardwalk!

Last year our room was not cleaned very well. This year it was spotless. Some updating is needed though. Lamp shades have holes and are falling apart. Drapes need to be replaced and sofas and chairs need to be deep cleaned. Other than that, the location we had (ocean front) was perfect. I do want to mention that a man at the front desk both times we stayed here was rude, merely grunted when asked a question and when I told him I needed some supplies in my room. First impressions are very important, so this should be dealt with ASAP. Off-putting to say the least.
