The rooms are very old and the property has not been maintained well. Our AC unit was smoking so they kindly agreed to move us to a new room. The two comforters in the new room had blood stains so we were given new ones. One of the elevators was out so it looks about 10 minutes to get our stuff upstairs.
But the staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly decent. And the location is great. The owners should invest more in basic maintenance and upkeep.

Location! Location! Location! It takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. Our room had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Rooms were clean. The efficiency we rented had a full fridge, stove, and a microwave. Made most of our meals there. With some planning, you can save a lot by cooking.
There are several good seafood places within a couple of blocks.
Staff are friendly, kind, and helpful.

Great location, wonderful staff, comfy beds! This is a hotel on the beach, salt air wears hotels down. No big deal. You cannot beat the pool, bar, and super close proximity to
