This is THE BEST hotel down OC. Staff is friendly been here several times never a problem. Love how they restrict pool for ones that arent staying as it should be. Location is awesome

The location is great. Right on the boardwalk we have always been right on the boardwalk and have stayed at many places and this by far wasn’t good. The whole time we were there only 1 elevator was in use!! The first night we were there the hot water didn’t work and we all including my kids had to take cold showers absolutely ridiculous for the price. It is not kid friendly people were saying outside our hotel to keep it down when we have two small kids. They didn’t clean the rooms or change our sheets unless we asked they didn’t give us enough linnen like towels we had to keep asking. When I asked them to change the sheets they told me they only do that prior to coming and leaving but the housekeeper was nice enough to change them. The rooms are small but it was very clean. The area was clean the rooms and outside. The pool which we went for 15 mins because some man was literally spitting in the pool. That was a nice pool. Which we are beach people anyways but still gross. I would give it one more chance. Not everytime is the same experience. The staff was nice especially the cleaning people. The front desk people were understanding in getting a room earlier than the normal check in. Since my son is special needs. I always try things more than once. The location is really great.

Very friendly front desk , room very clean . They had free tea and coffee all day and night . Free danish in the morning. The only thing wrong was the size of the bed it was a full mattress not very big for two people, though mattress was comfortable, not enough room for two people. I will check next time for queen or king mattress. They we're very convenient right on the board walk with rocking chairs outside. Very family friendly. I would stay there again, with bigger bed.
