Plim Plaza is an amazing location for OC events, particularly Oceans/Country Calling. Right on the boardwalk, has its own bar and restaurant, and pool.
The front desk and maintenance staff were so pleasant the weekend of Oceans Calling. Everyone I interacted with was happy and willing to help.
Just know what to expect and you won’t be let down. Rooms are small and the carpet was sticky / damp at all times? However, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. We had some non functioning features in our room (toilet, TV and mini fridge), they responded so quickly though!

Very friendly front desk , room very clean . They had free tea and coffee all day and night . Free danish in the morning. The only thing wrong was the size of the bed it was a full mattress not very big for two people, though mattress was comfortable, not enough room for two people. I will check next time for queen or king mattress. They we're very convenient right on the board walk with rocking chairs outside. Very family friendly. I would stay there again, with bigger bed.

Okay so I will be real because I was on the fence on staying here due to some reviews I’ve read weren’t the greatest. I will say my children and I loved it here! The staff were amazing and over all the friendliest. The room wasn’t very big but it was comfortable and updated. The pool area and boardwalk deck with the rocking chairs were my kids favorite part. It was not the “party hotel” some make it out to be. I’ve read reviews about it being a party hotel and vomit being near the hot tub.. PLEASE do not go by those reviews. It didn’t seem to be a party hotel when we stayed and the pool & hot tub areas were very clean during the day and late at night. It does have a pool bar and there is music but it wasn’t obnoxious. I did have ocean front view so when I did go to bed at around 10:30/11 pm I could hear some people on the board walk for a little but it wasn’t bad. The water in the pool was not extremely cold either which is another enjoyable experience for us. My son left a few toys that meant a lot to him in our room when we checked out and didn’t realize it until we were over an hour away so I called to see if they were still there and the staffing was so understanding and they mailed his toys to him. That’s what you need in a hotel. They were so caring. I highly recommend staying here!!!!
