Pizza Tugos

Haven’t ordered yet. But I’ve seen some
Spirited reviews…will report back with my findings 😎 pizza and wings coming up how hard can this be- here we go 🤘🏼

UPDATE - 49 minutes later I’ve had two slices and a handful of wings, that’s after it was delivered to my campsite. Haters need to relax - they got good pizza and great wings everyone chill 🤘🏼

It’s basically a Pizza/Bar franchise in this area. Against our better judgement, (mine) and the fact options were limited on Xmas eve, we stopped in around 5:45 pm, there was some bar business and a few tables busy in dining room, but not jammed by any means. We placed an order by 5:57 for a Large Pepperoni Pizza. I foolishly tipped 20% in advance, and now $30 in, waited roughly 50 minutes+ and now as the 7 o’clock hour approached the dining room barring much less in patrons except the merry bar crowd of about 10 was pretty empty. My wonderful wife approached the bartender 15 minutes after I had and asked again, where’s our order?? She went into the back and apparently they lost the order??? However we literally sat out front of the kitchen and 0 manager or anyone bothered for an hour to say anything? Even after checking twice. We were handed our pizza and my wife had to ask again for extra sauce which we requested on order, which proves they truly LOST our order on a clear lay slow night Xmas eve or not, ridiculous! I will NEVER tip a penny again in advance, this was a waste of 30$ and the pizza later reheated was subpar at best. No apology or anything from management, they are clearly not worried here. Pizza Tugos that was a one and done chance for sure. Don’t waste your time.

Pizza tugos definitely has some good pie, while not the best I've ever had I'd say for beach traditional pizza definitely worth giving this place some business. That coupled with the fact their hours accommodate all day and night mostly and you can't beat those options. Nice bar and big place in West OC although I got takeout place was roomy and I can see watching some sports games and happy hours here at some point.
