No one greeted us when we entered. At least 4 people working and no one asked to help me or my friend. Finally holding clothing after 10 min and one person asked if I wanted a room. Put stuff in only to be subsequently taken out by another. When I asked woman nearby she said “Well what did you have?” Felt like she couldn’t be bothered to ask a co-worker. Even when I made a purchase, no comment to come back or thanks even. Cute shop with zero understanding of customer experience exactly as many others have stated. I realize their brands are more pricey but I would go to Salt & Co before going back here.

Purchased a dress for my daughter and it had a small spot which they steamed. They have me 20 percent off but never said I couldn’t exchange in case it didn’t fit. When my daughter went to exchange she was told she couldn’t. Very poor practice for a small business. She will not return to this business and neither will I. I rate it a zero for customer service!!

This store is cute and has a great selection of items. My issue with this store is the staff. I’ve been here many times but have never been greeted upon entering. I’m not a thief and don’t appreciate the staff pretending they are folding clothes when they are actually following me around to ensure I’m not stealing anything. As another reviewer said, the staff don’t talk to you when you are paying, they don’t say “thank you” or “bye.” It’s always an uncomfortable experience in this store. Just be kind to your customers. It’s not hard.

Update: I visited again today. The employees had sangria; however, they only offered it to select customers. As I stood at the register paying for over $100 worth of merchandise, I overheard one lady behind the counter poorly attempt to whisper to the woman checking me out, “I’m going to offer sangria to those ladies,” as she pointed to 2 women who just walked into the store. Meanwhile, my two friends and I stood there dumbfounded. Here we just spent a combined over $300, but I guess didn’t have the right ‘look’ for a sangria offer. It is absolutely crazy how poor the customer service is here.
