Ocean Terrace Apartments
Pro: About a block from boardwalk/ Beach. Spacious.
Cons: Windows were unlocked when I arrived. Fridge was broken. Could not find TV remote. Very hard to get ahold of anyone.

Arrived at office to check in at 4pm. Noone was in the office. Waited 15 min and Noone came. I called 443 397 4739 and said I was here to check in. Lady was like key and paperwork are in the apartment and door is unlocked. I'm like what apartment is it? She stated number one which is located floor level behind the office
I get to apartment and like I always do I check all the windows to make sure they were locked . 5 windows were unlocked . I had to find something in the apartment to put at top of 2 window so someone couldn't crawl through windows. These window locks are broken
The deadbolt on the exterior door didn't line up properly so I used the bottom lock to lock up the apartment. Went to Boardwalk and came back and the key they gave me only worked in deadbolt knob so I got locked out of apartment.
Called the number and stated I'm locked out and she's like we'll you shouldn't have locked that locked. I said no one told me not to. She stated we don't have a key for that lock. She ends up crawling though the bathroom window to get in apartment. Maintenance then comes and takes strike plate off door so deadbolt will latch.
This apartment is attached to the office. Everytime someone opens to the office door to go in , the apartment door rattles.
If you are trying to change your reservation at all good luck trying to get ahold of anyone before hand. I made 43 phone calls in 2 months just trying to update my reservation.
When I booked it stated it was 2 bedrooms. One was supposed to be a full with a twin. The other was supposed to be 2 twins. That is not how it was set up. One bed room had 2 sets of bunk beds. Other room had a full bed .Looked nothing like the pics on hotels.com.

A very nice and convenient place. Good for family. 5 minutes Walking distance to the boardwalk. The room was clean and excellent customer service from Stacey.

Terrible experience.
Multiple issues.
We tried to report issues to management, but every time we called the phone number provided there was no answer and mailbox was full. Additionally, they have a "no calls after 11pm unless emergeny - subject to $100 fine" and since I was there for a music festival the first 2 nights I was there I didn't get back to the room until after 11. When we finally did reach the front desk instead of apologizing they said we had been there for 2 days and should have contacted them sooner! We told them every time we went down to the front desk there was a wait and we didn't get any answer when we called the phone number provided. We were told the number we were calling wasn't the front desk number and they would take care of the paper towels issue and check the wifi. The wifi was never fixed for us and all we were told was that we were in a room on the 3rd floor in the furthest building so it probably just didn't reach! So, its wifi in some rooms and not all rooms apparently.
Summarization of pros and cons-
Cons: First of all, do not stay here and expect security. They say they are not responsible for stolen items, but the exterior door to the balcony is an interior knob/lock (like you would find on a bedroom) and can be unlocked with a small screwdriver. THIS IS ON THE BALCONY THAT IS ACCESSABLE BY THE PUBLIC AND IS FACING THE ROAD! additional issues- no paper towels, dried food on the floor next to stove, brown spots on side of fridge, dishes were not clean, wi-fi didn't work, interior door locks didn't line up and management unreachable. Way overpriced and you're really just paying for the location.
Pros: good location and layout.
