Newport Bay condo Assoc, Steve Kenny continue to dodge paying his bills. Do not work for him or any business that he is associated with. I would strongly recommend not doing business with him you will never get paid

Beware!! STEVE KENNY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.WORKS OFF EMOTION, SO IF HE DOSNT LIKE YOU will TRY TO USE HIS LACK OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS AGAINST YOU. TRY TO YOU AS AN ESCAPE GOAT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY. OUR HOA WAS ALREADY LOOKING BUT THAN WE HAD A PLUMBING ISSUE. AS WE THOUGHT DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH AND HE WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOUR ASSOCIATION FOR ALL HE CAN GET.
