Please watch to be charged the deposit and plus that. Claimed I smoke in room and told me over the phone that they have the smoke detector refused to send me the time stamps, then told me they were tampered with. I have a small child and dont even smoke near him, let alone a confined space. Room is the size of a bedroom, bathroom was a closet turned to bathroom but did look recently remodled. No secure locks on room door. The main doorway outside does not lock. As soon as you come in the main door it smelled of Marijuana and air freshener no way could keep the smell out of all the rooms. Was told when booking they dropped their rate because of vacancy. Guess this was the way they make up for the loss over a holiday weekend. No housekeeping service either the whole stay.

The location is affordable and if you don't plan to spend alot of time in your room is great for a nice clean place to crash. Heating was just a small plug in heater but it did the job, very spacious shower it's not perfect but it's better then most

Great budget hotel located right in the heart of OC. Don’t pay to much attention to negative reviews as they most likely fought cheap and didn’t do their research. Yes, there is way nicer resort style hotels in the area, but you’re going to pay a lot more for them. If you’re looking for a cheap rate and a roof over your head this is the place. Bathroom was recently remodeled and room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We have stayed here numerous times and others and we never have any issues. Again, if you’re super picky then do your research. This place isn’t the Ritz, but it’s very nice for good price in a very expensive side of town but for a good rate.
