The best place to relax in Ocean City! I'm literally obsessed. Ocean Elements is my favorite way to unwind on the weekend. Highly recommend a salt float or the fire and ice (sauna and cold plunge). And, worth mentioning, Amy is usually working the front desk--she's always a treat. 10/10. Highly recommend!

Love this place!! Came for a massage from Brenda which was amazing!! Once at the location discovered all the services they offer and decided to do the red light therapy sauna which was amazing. The owner who is a registered nurse and could not be more knowledgable about holistic care . The front staff was so sweet and took the time to show me all around. I will definitely be back !
