I edited this review to 5 Stars because the manager and the staff deserve it. This is not the Four Seasons if you are expecting luxury this is not it. However, budget friendly with a great location, clean, safe, and good staff.
The rooms are not fancy just bare minimum but for a quick night or two trip to the ocean and boardwalk the location is perfect. It was clean enough that I didn’t feel gross, the sheets and pillows had fresh, clean, stain free linens. I have read the 1 star reviews and I did not find any signs of bugs, I had countless towel exchanges, parking is as described 1 spot per room a block and a half away, and the staff was around and cleaning all day. My biggest issue was the key card had to be replace every single time I closed the room door. Sometimes it wouldn’t even work after being changed out. So I had to go to the front desk for a new key every single time I left the room. If I was staying more than two nights this would be a huge issue for me. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were small but the balcony with the ocean view made up for it in my mind.

My family and I stayed at ocean 1 for three nights. The overall stay way very peaceful! We had a room with two queen beds that were very comfortable with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. Very gorgeous! The hotel right in the on board walk and right in the middle of the shops. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Look the fact that our room had a floor instead of carpets. They were new and clean! Pillows were fluffy too! Brush up on the housekeeping service and this place would get all five stars for me next time. There were a couple things that were an issue for us. -we requested linens and none were delivered.-There was very limited amount of parking on the hotel site it’s self but we were lucky enough to get parking all three nights. The less you more your car the better. We very much enjoyed our stay and as long as things don’t take a dive we will be back!

This is sort of a good hotel. I liked the rooms, except the coffee makers do not support K-Cup pods. The beds feel like I am sleeping on a wooden plank, and there is really no privacy on the outside balcony. Also, in my room, there was a weird high-pitched sound inside the shower (when it is turned on), and the weird flashing light over the shower too. The TV could be bigger, and most of the channels on the TV are "not authorized". The quality on the TV could be better. The front desk staff is very friendly, but the parking is a little far from the actual hotel, the parking lot is a 1/2 mile away from the hotel, and it stunk once we got inside the hotel. The wallpaper on the wall was also starting to peel off. There was also a cackling woman next door while I was trying to sleep. The sound was going from about 12 AM to 2:30 AM. Overall, it's pretty good, but it's just a little bad at some points.
