From the moment I walked into OC Massage, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My massage was amazing—perfect pressure, incredibly relaxing, and tailored to exactly what I needed. You can tell they truly care about their clients and their well-being. Another awesome day at OC massage and walked out feeling fresh and renewed. From the time we go in until we leave we are treated with respect and like family. The salon atmosphere and employees are warm, friendly and very attentive. We’ve been coming here once a month for 3 years and we can say their service is accommodating and exceptional. Their attention to detail is on point and precise. Nothing like getting pampered in such a warm relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend. I wish I could give OC massage 10 stars. From the moment I walk in the environment is so warm and welcoming. Everything is clean and the decor offers a sense of serenity and calm when you walk in. I’m always greeted with a smile from the receptionist and sometimes get some love from the office dog Brandi!
The entire team is exceptionally professional and transparent about their techniques to ensure comfort and satisfaction as a client. I appreciate the communication and questions they ask before service is provided so I can share my concerns/focus areas for each session. They continue to check in throughout the service to ask if there is enough pressure, and to ask if there’s anything they can do to make me more comfortable. They never make me feel like a bother if we need to make adjustments.
I never leave disappointed and refer everyone I know to schedule an appointment to see for themselves just how great it is!
