Four of us stayed at Nock Apartments this past weekend for Country Calling. They own several apartments, but the one we stayed at was great. It was in a white house, street level. Yes, the furniture is outdated, but so what, it's clean. The beds were comfy. The one bedroom apartment was adequate, clean and smelled clean. That's my main concern. PERFECT location. We literally walked on the boardwalk in less than a minute. It comes out right by the kite shop. It was about a 10 minute walk to the concert. Angelo and his son were friendly. Every time they saw us they asked if we needed anything. I didn't encounter any of this anger other reviews have, but we acted like responsible adults while we were there. I also left the room clean (did dishes, emptied trash and even left toilet paper for the next). We weren't loud or causing problems either. If you rent, bring your own towels, toiletries, and blankets. The sheets are provided. Also be aware that only one car can be parked in the lot per room. They do have an overflow lot down the street for $40/day. I would definitely rent here again. You can't beat the price and location.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT. SCAM SCAM SCAM. The pictures they advertise are not what the actual units look like. My daughter was there for senior week and the place was absolutely disgusting which wasn’t the worst of it. All the kids were getting sick and after some looking they found mold in the air conditioning units in 2 separate apartments. The management called the kids liars and was belligerent when they wanted to discuss the problem. The kids had to go to hotel rooms because they felt so horrible. Again, the management called these kids liars. If you have to spend a little more, please go somewhere else. And they will respond to this review that they tried to contact me when in reality they wouldn’t even talk to me and would hang up on me. I beg you not to rent here. The most recent reviews were done by the owners so it looks good for them. And just to be clear…when I called for my daughter they were using derogatory remarks to me. Do not believe that they are professional people. Please be sure you read all the reviews. They speak for themselves. And my daughter and several others did leave the premises. Others made their own decisions.

First I’d like to say don’t let the bad reviews scare you away. I booked a two bedroom apartment. It’s very clean and updated. Great space with galley kitchen and nice living room. Literally steps from the boards. The owners are amazing. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and having been very accommodating with my dogs. On top of everything thing else because it’s family owned the are responsibly priced. I will be back and will tell all my friends about this hidden gem!
