Husband and I stayed labor day weekend and I was a bit skeptical because of some reviews but have learned from experience some people will never be happy. What i think is important to say upfront is we were treated very well and did not experience any rudeness from owners! I loved the location of the apartment we stayed at. No it is not a 5 star hotel but that is not what we booked. The quality of the apartment is well worth the money. I even think we got a great deal. Our place was clean it was maintained but yup it was not built last year. We definitely will book here again. Do not trust every thing you hear and manage expatatations and you will have a great time.

I read the reviews and was skeptical at first , but being pet friendly ( we have a Boston terrier) it was the final decision we made to stay here. The owners are family and very on point with phone communication. Angelo reached out twice beforehand to verify our reservations and to guide us through what we needed to bring with us. He did let us know to book through them directly for cheaper prices ( we booked through BOOKING) …He greeted us earlier than check in time ( 4pm ) and gave us a room at 3 . Very clean room( room 2 ) for our family.. 2 bedrooms , 1 bath. Property was clean and actually had more than anticipated, dishes, silverware were stocked. Extra blankets and pillows were also provided ( hidden in dresser drawers.) Dog friendly park nearby on 4th street on bayside…
Outdoor showers provided were helpful to rinse sand prior to going back to apartment. Very close proximity to boardwalk was amazing. Also , HONESTY is best policy, I was unsure if we would be expecting extra family member and I let him know ahead of time, which he kindly said no charge if they show up. Would definitely recommend for others.. Advice.. PARKING IS PROVIDED FREE , but very tight especially for large SUVs, but in walking proximity of many different places

Wrote a review on Booking.com but was unable to update it.. We just stayed in Aug.. three bedroom apt. This was a typical beachside apt.. it was clean,and very big.. the only noise we heard was outside or people walking upstairs. We had no problem with the owners at all.. very nice.. and replaced our tv stand as soon as we got there. You do have to bring own towels.. toilet paper etc but it's stated upfront. We did have the issue with upstairs AC units dripping on ours the whole time (prob the worst issue) .. and no tv in bedrooms.. but other than that it was a nice stay and porch was awesome.
