The hotel is in a perfect location, and the rooms look really nice on the surface. However, check closely for cleanliness before unpacking. We found out the next morning that a previous guest had spit their bloody mucous filled saliva all over the shower curtain and housekeeping had neglected to clean it or replace the shower curtain.
When bringing it to the front desk clerk’s attention she could not have been any more rude & dismissive. In fact, she and the 3 other employees did enjoyed laughing about the situation in Spanish which I can only assume they thought I didn’t understand.
The assistant manager did reach out to me late that evening. (Probably because the manager couldn’t be bothered) Being exposed to a stranger’s blood and other bodily fluids is worth 10% off the room rate, just for the record.

The rooms weren't anything special but the staff was amazing! Very helpful and kind. There was always someone there to help you, and they were great to the kids as they played in the pool. The location is great as it is right by the beach. Overall, it was a nice little place to spend the weekend.

Location, location, location! We booked this hotel on whim being our original plans had to be completely changed. We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. We are traveling with a five year old. He absolutely loved the indoor pool, hot tub and the roof top pool. Beach access is literally steps from the hotel property. We found the common areas to be clean and smells good. The elevator was slow but that's to be expected as it's a busy location. Our room is clean and we love the full size fridge ! Nice sized room and love the balcony. We will definitely be back. This is an amazing place to stay.
