Amazing hotel! Great location, convenient to the beach and shopping outlets! Nice breakfast! Loved the pool and hot tub. Room was clean and comfy. Extremely family friendly! Amazing customer service. I would definitely stay again!

From the moment I checked in until I left I couldn't rest in my room. The AC was making loud noises all night long. I told the front desk and spoke to two staff members who told me they would swith rooms for me but never did. Very disappointed to say the least. Location is perfect but definitely not worth it if you can go to sleep due to AC nit working properly. And at the very least I would have liked for someone to actual help instead of saying whatever just to keep me from getting another room.

Steve was awesome 👏 he should be in charge all the time.really friendly and knowledgeable in all aspect. He help me right away when I need something. I will recommend this place all the time.so cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Wish I can win 2 free nights.
