Amazing hotel! Great location, convenient to the beach and shopping outlets! Nice breakfast! Loved the pool and hot tub. Room was clean and comfy. Extremely family friendly! Amazing customer service. I would definitely stay again!

Great location. Clean. Loved the free breakfast and the pool and hot tub. Not the fanciest biggest room, but clean and in a great location. This was our 3rd stay here, and I'm certain we will back!

From the moment I checked in until I left I couldn't rest in my room. The AC was making loud noises all night long. I told the front desk and spoke to two staff members who told me they would swith rooms for me but never did. Very disappointed to say the least. Location is perfect but definitely not worth it if you can go to sleep due to AC nit working properly. And at the very least I would have liked for someone to actual help instead of saying whatever just to keep me from getting another room.
