I had a great experience! Very clean, both the piercer & the front desk guy were very helpful and friendly! Made the experience less scary in my opinion. Glad they got to help me cross something off my bucket list! I would recommend this place anyone, especially people like me living on a whim!

They took my money then told me I had to go elsewhere for piercings - after INCLUDING TIP. I’ve already disputed the charges with my bank and have contacted legal since they refuse to get back to me and professionally address this asinine charging. They’ve been reported to the BBB as well. Go elsewhere for piercing purposes.
