We are conveniently situated on the Baltimore Avenue, half a block from the Boardwalk and the Beach, so you would never pay the Boardwalk prices.
Enjoy our spacious sundeck; watch the sun rise over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the moon shimmer upon it an night. All of our rooms are equipped with double beds, small refrigerators, individually controlled AC, and complimentary HBO.

We are really happy with our stay at Madison Beach Motel. Parking was simple and the location was great, so close to the boardwalk, stores, and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious. The room smelled slightly damp but it wasn’t a major issue for us. The AC worked well and overall we are very happy with our stay.

Location is great. 1 block from the boardwalk. Walking distance to plenty of food choices, bars etc. Clean and felt safe. Was perfect for the Boardwalk Rock Festival. Many others going to the festival at that motel said they stay there motel all the time.
Would I stay again? Maybe.
Bed was okay but bring your own pillows. Make sure to bring an extension cord. There was only 1 outlet in the room and it was behind the bed. You will hear everything outside and if anyone is smoking nearby you will smell it in the room. There is no place to hang bathroom towels, wet bathing suits, etc. Barely any room to move around the room. AC didn't always work. The place needs serious renovations. (updates have been made but they are cosmetic) Some employees were nice, others had an attitude.
Would I stay again? Maybe.

This motel is an updated mid century that classfully retains some of the original features like the cross deck and glass blind bathroom windows. I saw two rooms since I upgraded to a 2 bed after arrival and both rooms were fresh and modern (the booking error was on my part). The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, you can tell they are all in love with the beach. Even the bad reviews on google give this place good staff ratings!
Speaking on the bad reviews: this is a budget mid century at the corner of the first series of intersections off the southern bridge in Ocean City. For my first stay, I was incredibly impressed. I passed it for years since I normally stay further up towards Kite Loft and always thought it looked quaint. This year I wanted to stay closer to the Joly Roger amusement park and gave this motel a try. It was absolutely a good decision!
