Kay Jewelers Outlet

We bought a new setting for my wife + new ring for myself that cost combined over $11,000. The men's diamond ring lost a diamond stone the first day I wore it. The $8,500 overpriced diamond setting for my wife came back from the jeweler wrong the first time so we had to send it out a second time and AGAIN came back crooked a second time which took over 45 days back n forth only to end up asking for a REFUND as a result of the high level of incompetency and lack of customer service from Sherry + her manager. In the end they charged us $500 and no applogy or other compensation other than to call customer service since we were not happy. We are locals at the beach so we wanted to share our story in hopes other unsuspecting tourist who "think" they are getting a BARGAIN because it's an "outlet" will only be taken for a RIDE so stay away from Kay Jewelers they are a total RIP-OFF. Go to PARK PLACE JEWELERS five stores away. It's what we orgiorigin planned on but they "bad mouthed" Park Place so we unfortunately decided to chose Kay Jewelers but NEVER AGAIN!!?

Vijay and the staff at this outlet are always so friendly and accommodating. We choose to come to this location even though the salisbury store is closer because of the superb service.

Service was great and friendly. Very nice place to shop for your significant other. Will be seeing me again lol.
