Our pool is heated and can be enjoyed for many months of the camping season with a deck that jets out over the lake. If you enjoy the sand in your toes, then pull up a chair on our beach along the lakes edge while the kids play. At the end of the day come site under our spacious gazebo and experience a breath taking sunset.

Adorable little spot with very kind people. We stayed here for Ocean City Bike Week and had a great time. It feels like a little community. They have laundry on site and a general store should you need anything. They were very friendly and the security at the gate always wore a smile. They all seemed to really enjoy being there. Will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for a weekend at the end of June.
The campground was big, office, store and guard staff were excellent.
The pool was nice as well.
A few things I would like to see improvements on when we come back are a new playground for the kids. My kids love playgrounds, especially when camping so they couldn't play on the one that was here, and also maybe potentially hire an event staff / food truck for the weekends for weekend activities.
Also I see no reason why tents aren't allowed to setup here, as it is beautiful at night, it's got perfect sites for tent camping.
Considering the prices are fairly close to a sun outdoors. This place could jack the prices up a little more to pay for those accommodations, which will eventually bring in a more full campground.
There is some landscaping that should be done as well along with maintaining the grass on campsites.
Come Friday every site should be freshly cut.
If some of these things continue to be overlooked, sun outdoors will be knocking on your door soon with an offer, if they haven't already.
Overall the stay was okay and there is plenty to do around the area thankfully.

As someone that comes here a couple times a year only for the family I have noticed the place going down hill. The potential here is crazy as the scenery is peaceful and beautiful but the owners have no intentions of putting money back for customers. The most kids can do here is drive a golf cart in circles or play on the dated playground. I still have not understood as why the place doesn’t allow tents it’s a huge downfall unfortunately for people who can’t afford to bring a camper or rv. The pond hasn’t seen maintenance in decades. As stated in many reviews the shower houses are absolutely dated and nasty and have established a curfew of 8am-8pm sorry if you have to go. Thankfully the woods is nearby I guess. Just sad! Once upon a time they collected garbage too now it’s your responsibility to take to their on site dump. All for more cost right? Hopefully in the coming years it’s offered to someone who cares and wants it to be a fun working campground.
