Told me at original apt. and after multiple times that it would be 5 dollars to fix. Now after trying to work with merchant, they say there is nothing they can do. ITS BEEN A WEEK and broke after paying over 100 dollars. I understand things happen but they refuse to fix or resolve issue. Refuse to work with me at all here. Ridiculous. Guaranteed one thing and did another. Very unprofessional. I'm local and will never return.

I had to make an exchange after buying a dress on their website at the beginning in June, I called the store to see if I was able to bring it back they informed me that I was able to return it for store credit but didn’t say I had a time frame or anything. I went to ocean city this past weekend for the first time this season and had the return with me to get store credit, as soon as I walk in the door I’m rudely greeted by a younger women asking “are you making an exchange” to which I responded to yes and continued looking around the store. A minute later she comes over to me asking “so what’s the item your trying to exchange,” I said it was a dress I had bought about a month ago I just didn’t like how it looked on me because I’m on the thicker side and I pull it out and she’s like “unfortunately we don’t sell this anymore”. I responded okay but I bought it at the beginning of June, there was an older women who looked/seemed like she owned the shop and she’s like just give her store credit if they told her that on the phone then we have to honor it. But pretty much the only reason why I got my money back “store credit” is because the older women. The younger lady was not going to give me anything she was very rude with the entire interaction
