Location is great because it’s right next to the boardwalk, however this place is very run down. There were stains everywhere walking in, the trash was overflowing, and our room looked and felt dirty.

I also woke up with small bug bites on my hands, side of face, and ear. I’m afraid this place is bug infested as well.

I would PROBABLY stay again. I’ll start with the cons. If you’re looking for a nice place to add to your beach experience, this isn’t it. You check in at the bar, the motel definitely needs updates and better cleaning, see pics. No microwave, towels smell musty and are like dish towels. Super small room, musty smell. Shower door tracks are disgusting. Shower and toilet not cleaned very good at all. Hallways and room doors are so old and outdated, don’t seem secure. No steel doors, all very flimsy wood doors.

The pros are the location!! Right on the boardwalk by the action. The price is great. They let us park in their lot at like 12:30pm even though check in time was 3:00pm. Staff was nice upon check in. Instructions to get to the rooms seemed weird but it ended up working out. The little balconies on the back of the building were nice. The bed was clean and comfy, no bed bugs, surprisingly. I liked the nautical decor in the room, I feel like they’re trying. A/C worked wonderfully. TV/cable worked well, staff was nice. It was convenient to have the restaurant/bar in the same building. We had breakfast and the prices were reasonable. The bartenders were super nice. It was right next to the rides but we didn’t hear a thing which was great.

Would I stay again?? It depends. If it’s a last minute trip with my girlfriends, sure. If it’s a trip with my mom or daughter, no. From my understanding they only have one king sized bed room.

We didn't stay in the hotel/motel. We ate at the restaurant/diner. We were a party of 9 (6 adults, 3 in wheelchair scooters and 3 kids). The food was good. The prices were a little high for the amount of food. My aunt had been there once before that week before we came down. The place was clean and so were the bathrooms. The staff was friendly. They got our order right.
