Loved our stay here. Despite having to cut our vacation slightly short due to illness, we always felt welcome the entire trip. The staff went out of their way to answer our questions and accommodate requests. The 2 queen room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Our kids had fun in the indoor pool, which was kept at a nice temperature. Location is a stone’s throw from the beach, and there’s plenty of fun to be had within walking distance.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Dewey Beach and had a truly exceptional experience—largely thanks to Nicole S., the Front Office Manager. Traveling with someone who has a disability can come with a lot of uncertainty, but Nicole went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay.
She took the time to answer all of my ADA-related questions in detail, and even came in on her day off to personally measure the room and send photos to ensure all accommodations were in place. That level of thoughtfulness and follow-through is incredibly rare.
What really touched me was that Nicole remembered my family was staying in the nearby condos and made sure our room was as close as possible to them. These small gestures mean the world when accessibility and proximity make such a difference.
Because of her outstanding hospitality and dedication, I felt confident and comfortable from the moment we arrived. This kind of service is exactly why I will absolutely be returning to Hyatt Dewey Beach. Thank you, Nicole—you made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

Mia and the front reception desk were fantastic. They are a class act! The breakfast were good. We did not mind spending $11 per person because it was a well-prepared good option for breakfast......BUT The rooms are filthy and housekeeping is non-existent. The parking garage was okay but smelled like garbage most of the time.
