It's been a fabulous adventure since we purchased the land in 1978, which then was a corn field. In 1981 we started building the Big Barn on the Bay. It took 6 months to build. The gala Grand Opening was in June of 1982 and some 1800 people enjoyed the festivities. Throughout the years we would travel and find awesome artifacts for our customers to enjoy each season.

We offer the best when it comes to crabs. You can grab some to go in our famous Wooden Caboose, or dine in with us in the Barn or at Sneaky Pete's overlooking the bay. Either choice is a welcome one, we just want to offer the best in service and a smile on your face as you enjoy the meal we have planned for you.

So Come Make Memories With Us! And we'll make sure it's one you won't forget.

Great atmosphere all around. The food was good. We got their all you can eat crabs and corn. We didn’t touch the corn much as it was still in the husk and had zero amount of any flavor.
The crabs were great and pretty large.
The service was questionable for the most part.. As we walked in, we asked the hostess if they were offering the “all you can eat” at that time (because of supply/demand), and she laughed, whispered to a co-worker and then they both laughed amongst themselves, covering their mouths as if we were not standing directly in front of them, before answering… They both kept side-eyeing my husband and I… felt awkward. Our waiter was outside of the building most of the time talking with the two aforementioned girls; ignored us for the majority of our time there. Thankfully another waiter was very attentive (drink refills and answering questions.)
While we probably won’t return to this exact location anytime soon, it was definitely an experience as we did get to see sharks right outside of our window while eating. overall, not a very friendly environment and the food was nothing *special* compared to other places nearby.

It's a pretty decent crabhouse. They did not have any more jumbo crabs when we arrived for late lunch/early dinner, so we got a dozen X-large, which were good and not overcooked. We got other foods as well, and out of everything, the Cookout Combo was not great as both the Ribs and Fried Chicken were very dry and too salty. The Steak Bistro Salad was a very sad looking salad, and the steak was medium well, so that was extremely tough. The waitress didn't ask how I wanted the steak to be cooked, so I was done with it after a couple of bites.

Overall, the experience wasn't bad. Keep in mind that there were no call ahead reservations, only walk ups, so get there early as this place gets very crowded very quickly.

The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. The hostess and server were very nice.
I was disappointed that our entree came out two minutes after our appetizers arrived, at that point our food was cold but our server sent it back to be warmed up. No issues after.
I also asked for another drink that I never got. No biggie. We were just going to walk down to Sneaky Pete's after dinner. We walked down at approximately 7:30 and they were already closed for the night. Overall, it's an ok place to check out. Don't expect anything huge. Our bill was $156 for two entrees, two apps and two drinks.
