It's been a fabulous adventure since we purchased the land in 1978, which then was a corn field. In 1981 we started building the Big Barn on the Bay. It took 6 months to build. The gala Grand Opening was in June of 1982 and some 1800 people enjoyed the festivities. Throughout the years we would travel and find awesome artifacts for our customers to enjoy each season.
We offer the best when it comes to crabs. You can grab some to go in our famous Wooden Caboose, or dine in with us in the Barn or at Sneaky Pete's overlooking the bay. Either choice is a welcome one, we just want to offer the best in service and a smile on your face as you enjoy the meal we have planned for you.

Probably the best crab house in Ocean City MD! Amazing atmosphere with beautiful views on the water. The vibe is really cool with high ceilings and fun statues. Our waiter was outstanding! He was very friendly, and gave great advice. The food was delicious. I recommend the bang bang shrimp and the creamy crab soup for appetizers. And then there's the crabs.... the all you can eat is a great deal if you can really eat a lot. I went with an extra large dozen, and let's just say it was unbelievable!! The crabs were so delicious, and they gave you way more than 12! If you are in the area, definitely stop by for some crabs at Hoopers!

We ate dinner here while on our honeymoon! We sat down on the Sneaky Pete's side. The atmosphere was amazing. Scenery was beautiful and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Sneaky Pete's was amazing. The service was fast and professional and the booths were clean. You can either be seated in a boat or inside on the dock area. The food was also amazing. The crab cakes were quite possibly the best I've ever had. Very fresh food. The fries were also very good. The atmosphere of the place was amazing as well as you are sitting right over top of the water and have a great view of OC. It was not busy when we got there right at opening around 1130am. Only confusing thing was that Hooper's and Pete's have different opening times: Pete's @ 1130am and Hooper's @ 4pm.
