We had an amazing stay at Holland House! You can’t beat the location - right in the heart of Berlin, next to one of our favorite restaurants, Blacksmith. The owner was super responsive, the breakfast spread was delicious, and the room was very comfortable (and QUIET)! We will definitely be staying again!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our recent 3 night stay at the Holland House. Hattie was a great host, and we enjoyed the breakfast (especially her scones!) and were very pleased with the comfortable room and the great location in the center of Berlin. It was a perfect spot for us to stay as we explored the Eastern Shore including the nearby National Seashore.

My husband, mother-in-law & I had a wonderful stay at the Holland House. We stayed in the Mahogany Room, Mom stayed in the Seaside Room. Everything was lovely. Hattie was a great hostess. Breakfast was delicious, especially the blueberry scones. I enjoyed the buffet style. Meeting her young children was entertaining! This B-n-B was very close to Main St, the shops, & restaurants. We ate dinner at Blacksmith Restaurant which was right next door-excellent! We very much liked Berlin.
