Where do I even begin with this? The front desk people were extremely rude and unprofessional. Do people have any integrity anymore? The woman gave me such an attitude like I was bothering her when I arrived to check in. I guess she didn’t feel like doing her job. I should have known at that point how the stay was going to go. FYI, you have to pay $10 for parking in their own lot. It’s ridiculous it’s not included. Our room was HOT and just like other reviews mentioned, you can’t turn the thermostat below 65. I sleep with my house at 60. Even turning the heat off didn’t help. It was just hot in the room. Yes, they’re in the middle of renovations but it’s literally everywhere. Does anyone ever clean the pool by any chance? Didn’t look like it. Then, I called down to the front desk to ask when breakfast was and they told me 7AM. They failed to tell me breakfast wasn’t happening due to renovations. So the following morning when our group went down to eat we sat in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting trying to figure out if breakfast was going to open. Several workers heard us, stared right at us, and never mentioned to us that breakfast was closed. We eventually saw a small sign posted on a window that they were closed due to renovations. No one could tell me that?! We decided to leave to get breakfast elsewhere. It was a stressful stay and the staff was not welcoming or friendly. I won’t be back

The "pinesol" smell in the lobby was almost unbearable. We went into the bar for drinks and a bite to eat and the smell was in there, too. Not as intense but noticeably, enough.
Additionally, we asked for an ADA room with a walk-in shower and received a room with a tub shower.
However, the room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here last night. The air in the room only blows heat. We set it to 68 before bed and woke up in the middle of the night to it being 78 in the room and like a sauna. We opened the balcony door to cool the room and went back to sleep. We addressed with staff at checkout this morning along with a few additional issues: visibly dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush properly and it ran all night. I requested a discount due to the air issue and was offered $10. This is insulting. I was told it’s because I didn’t give them the chance to fix it. It was 3am, we had to be up early and we were exhausted. We saw a temporary fix so we could quickly go back to sleep and we took that route instead. Additionally, my husband is hvac certified and checked it out himself. There was nothing we hadn’t done that staff would have been able to do quickly. The resolve would have been changing rooms. As I was leaving, I stated I would just contact hotels.com and leave a review accordingly, to which the manager snapped back with an attitude and said “have a nice day” in a rude and condescending tone.

I’d advise against staying here. Not willing to make it right when you have a substantial issue.

And definitely don’t go to the ice machine on the 8th floor- especially if you have health concerns. Floor is hotter than a sauna the second you step off the elevator.

Oh and I forgot to mention at checkout, there’s a large dog iin the room above us that whined and scratched against the glass door all night. Website says only service animals allowed. That was definitely not a service animal. True service animals don’t behave that way.
