Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Ocean City

We stayed here while the floors were being replaced in our home. From the time we checked in until check out four days later, everything was great! The suite was very clean. The breakfast options were very good. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love Holiday Inn Express, but this location is extremely sub par.

Apparently, hotel is VERY pet friendly. Booked directly with hotel and no mention of this at reservation. Seems like every other room had an animal of various sizes. When asked, apparently there are not even pet specific rooms.
Room carpet was torn up, obviously from an animal. In our group, we had 3 rooms (among 3 other parties) - all rooms smelled of animals.

High top / bar height chairs in the breakfast area were disgusting. ALL were completely falling apart - many seats even held together with packing tape.

Upon departure we were stopped at our car as apparently the location “lost our credit card information”, even though we digitally checked in. Had to go back into the facility and have our card swiped again at the request of the manager.

While the highlight of the stay was a slightly early check in and slightly later departure; They also had quality breakfast and a very comfortable bed. The rest of the experience would have us avoid this location at all cost in the future.

First room we got wasn’t cleaned we switched rooms but now the tv is broken. The WiFi doesn’t work. Every day around 1 am the people upstairs start marking a lot of noise like they keep banging on stuff.
