Two of us went for a long weekend. It has a great location right on the boardwalk. There is plenty of free parking. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. There is an indoor pool for use in the winter. They have an on-site restaurant. The rooms were fine and we had a nice size balcony. We did find some food on the floor that was not from us and not vacuumed up! That was gross. We asked the night before if we could get late checkout as we are loyal to members and they said yes 2:00 p.m., just call in the morning and tell them. When I called in the morning they said no only noon. I said are you sure because they told me too and they said, noon is the best I can do. Kind of annoying. They have soap in the shower and the bathroom, the pump ones. 4 elevators!

Beautiful experience at this hotel for the first time here. We had a beautiful high rise suite with an ocean view. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was ideal. It was heavenly to just sit outside of our room to hear & see the ocean. We love watching the sunrise and the ocean whether it be a cloudy or sunny day. The bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was relaxing. Having a kitchen & large fridge to cook and keep food was very convenient. We ate all our meals in our hotel suite. We worked out at the gym in the hotel and were impressed with all its amenities. It was a true ideal vacation staying here.

We stayed here last night. The rooms were VERY clean. Staff was VERY nice. Some design flaws to the hotel itself though. The first and most obvious is the jacuzzi/shower. Getting out of the jacuzzi is an Olympic feat. If you are making a reservation I would suggest asking if they have any handicap rooms. I don't know if they do or not but if you are not very limber getting in and out of this tub is going to be hard. Plus everyone thinks a rainfall showerhead is luxurious until they have to use it. Especially if they don't want to get their hair wet. Trying to navigate around the water to get to the dispensers that are locked to the wall and you end up stubbing your toes on the water stopper. We technically had two rooms because they were adjoining. The first room had a nice rainfall shower head where everything fell straight down. The second rainfall shower head in room 510 was like somebody who doesn't know how to milk a cow was suddenly milking 35 cows by hand all the same time and streams of water were going in a thousand different directions.
The restaurant pool area is a little awkward. I can see the appeal of being able to see your kids play in the pool from the bar, but the area is so big that screaming kids echo in the room and if you're trying to sit down and enjoy a meal, it's not going to happen. I would suggest frosting the glass between the restaurant and the pool but leaving the glass that points to the bar from the pool clear. It's just very weird eating in a restaurant and having people half naked a few feet away that you don't know. And I'm sure it's weird on the other side as well. And because it's awkward, only kids were using the pool. Adults don't really use it because there's people literally fully clothed eating their food just feet away. Also in auditoriums a lot of them have noise absorbing things hanging from the ceiling, something like that might help with screaming kids disrupting people eating dinner. When it comes to the restaurant/ bar, expect large portions for food but small portions for drinks. I got charged $10 for a shot of liquor. And my friend's bloody Mary was in a small cup and they charged her $12 for it. The restaurant and bar staff though are very nice. Shout out to our waiter this morning for breakfast. I unfortunately forget his name, however he was from Romania joking that he was from Transylvania. He made our table laugh and poked a few jokes.
