The Hilton suites was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Having a room with a small kitchen and living area made it very easy bringing our toddler. The room itself was clean but definitely needs to be updated. Wallpaper seemed like it is starting to peel and there’s some black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The people at the hotel were super helpful. The pools were great and there were always lounge chairs. My daughter loved the kiddie pool. They have service at the pool which we thought was reasonably priced. My only other complaint was there were no chairs at the beach through the hotel. You can rent them but for two chairs and an umbrella is $60 for the day.

Minus stars because there are no upgrades for Diamond members, they have a policy to not accept Hilton Gift cards - they don't even try, and no late check out because "they were all given out already." Okay for parking, and restaurant is better quality and less expensive than a couple of close by local favorites. Great because all rooms are suites and ocean front, meaning ocean views. kid's pools is great from 11 and under and super fun. I witnessed many people parking in their parking lot and B line it to the beach, without the Hilton Parking permit which is provided by the Hotel upon check-in. The parking issue could be fixed with enforcement by Hilton of their parking permit. The coffee dispenser in the room was very dirty necessitating going to the in-hotel Starbucks.

Stayed for 6 days in a corner room. The hotel is a former off brand hotel converted. The hotel still needs a lot of work. Our room 518 has clogged sink no plug to fill sink. The bathroom door plastic handle fell off. The ceramic trim sticks out. Be careful it will slice your foot. The tub is used and abused stains and marks. The patio is stained with black mold? I don’t know what it was. The view is spectacular though. The rest of the hotel is nicely kept and the staff are very friendly.
The beaches are beautiful and the city does awesome maintaining them.
The parking garage is very small and limited.
The pool is inside. Small and a child’s dream playroom. But not really for adults who want a little peace by the pool. They have a huge outside patio. Should think about putting a pool out there, lot of wasted space that no one I saw really used except to go in and off the beach.
The restaurant is very clean and a nice spot. Like all the businesses there they hire European kids for the summer labor, you might want to have them read back your food order, you may not get exactly what you ordered or how you wanted cooked. Language barrier is all. They’re hard working kids and deserve a good tip anyway.
